Cart Lift Elevator

The Cart Lift System is used to automatically raise and lower carts to/from the return track at the head and end of a cell. This eliminates handling of the Fleximate Transport Cart in higher volume productions. The lifting and lowering is accomplished via a pneumatic rodless cylinder actuated with 24VDC solenoid valves. The system is PLC controlled and each module operates independently. The system is equipped with a pressure override safety feature that will return the carriage to the opposite position if an obstruction is sensed when the carriage is traveling up or down. The elevator is designed to be as simple, safe and durable as possible and uses many stock fittings. It is shipped set up ready to mate with Integrated Workstations and only requires 80 psi air supply, 120 VAC and some fine tuning. Dimensions: 52” (1320 mm) long, 30” (762 mm) wide. Model No. 50001.
